These terms apply to every booking request, eFoil session and shop order made through this website. "We", "us" and "Liquid Glow" mean the business named in the merchant details in the footer of every page, operating from Crocus Bay, Anguilla. "You" means the person making the request and everyone they book for.

Sending a request through this site does not create a booking. Every request is reviewed by us and confirmed personally, by the contact method you choose. A booking exists only once we have confirmed the date and time with you.

Once confirmed, payment is due at least 48 hours before your departure through the secure payment link we send. Requests made inside that window are payable as soon as they are confirmed. Prices shown at the time of your request are estimates; the amount we confirm is the amount charged. Groups over 10 guests may include a service charge, and any private-tour upgrade or add-on gear is itemised before you pay.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept Visa and Mastercard through a hosted payment page operated by our card processor; card details are never entered on or stored by this website.

You may cancel a confirmed tour or session up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, and for no-shows, the booking is non-refundable, although we will do our best to move you to another slot. If we cancel because of weather or sea conditions, you choose between rescheduling and a full refund. Full details are on the Booking and Policies page.

Water activities carry inherent risk. Every participant signs a release of liability at check-in; a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18. You must follow the safety briefing and your guide's instructions at all times, wear the life vest provided, and tell us before launching about any medical condition that could affect you on the water.

eFoil riders must be at least 16 years old, weigh between 80 and 400 lbs and be confident swimmers. Solo rentals require prior eFoil experience. We may refuse or end any tour or session, without refund, if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, ignores safety instructions, or puts themselves or others at risk.

Shop items are supplied in Anguilla only, collected on tour day or delivered to your hotel or villa. Ownership passes to you when the item is handed over. Returns and exchanges follow the refund policy on the Booking and Policies page.

We take reasonable care to run every tour and session safely and to describe our services accurately. To the extent permitted by the laws of Anguilla, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the booking or order concerned, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, travel costs or lost enjoyment.
