Before you fly

Rider requirements.

The eFoil is easier than it looks, but it is a powered watercraft — a few things keep every session safe.

Confident swimmer

You will fall — falling is half the fun. Every rider must be comfortable in deep water.

Weight & height at booking

We size the board and set foil trim to each rider, so we ask for both when you request.

Waiver signed online

Every rider signs our eFoil liability waiver online before the session. We send the link as soon as you request.

Solo rentals are for riders with prior eFoil experience. We ask where you have foiled when you request.

Safety first

Know the water before you fly.

Understanding the risks

eFoiling is a safe and beginner-friendly activity when proper instruction and safety guidelines are followed. However, like any water-based activity, there are inherent risks.

These may include:

  • Falls or loss of balance while riding
  • Contact with equipment or the water surface
  • General water-related risks, including swimming ability
  • Interaction with marine life

Our team provides instruction, safety equipment, and guidance to minimize these risks at all times.

Safety requirements

  • Life jackets and helmets must be worn at all times
  • Riders must follow all instructor guidance
  • Equipment should only be used within your ability level
  • Riders must inform instructors of any concerns before entering the water
