Conditions When Booking

All tours are weather-dependent and subject to safe conditions on the water. While Crocus Bay is usually calm, we reserve the right to adjust routes, reschedule, or cancel if conditions do not meet safety standards. Group sizes are limited to ensure comfort and quality of experience, and participants should be prepared for light physical activity.

Sunset clarity: We aim to time our tours for the best views, but seeing the sunset cannot be guaranteed. Our guides will always do their best to ensure you enjoy the trip and create lasting memories.

Payments

Advance payment is required at least 48 hours before your booking date to secure your spot. Payments are not accepted on site unless this has been verbally agreed upon with us beforehand. For last-minute bookings, payment is required immediately. All transactions are processed in USD, and a 3.5% transaction fee applies.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as tour spots are limited. If we must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund.

Waiver

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before joining the tour. This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with water activities and confirms your understanding of safety guidelines. Click here to view and download the waiver form (PDF). For minors, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.

Scheduling

Tours operate on a set schedule for morning, sunset, night, and private experiences. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and orientation. Private and custom tours may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Eco Friendly

Liquid Glow is dedicated to protecting Anguilla’s natural beauty. Our tours follow eco-friendly practices—including small group sizes to minimize impact, reusable equipment, and strict “leave no trace” guidelines. We ask all participants to respect marine life, avoid touching coral or wildlife, and use reef-safe sunscreen.

Why bottled water isn’t included: Single-use plastics harm marine life and coastal ecosystems, so we do not provide bottled water on tours. Please bring a filled, reusable water bottle to help us keep Crocus Bay pristine. Tip: insulated bottles keep water cool; consider electrolyte tabs for hot days.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the tour price but are always appreciated by our guides. If you enjoyed your Liquid Glow experience, a tip is a meaningful way to show your appreciation for their effort, knowledge, and care in making your tour memorable. While gratuities are never required, they help support our team and acknowledge the personalized service provided. The amount is entirely at your discretion—many guests choose to offer 10–20% of the tour cost as a guideline. Gratuities may be given in cash or via Venmo, whichever is most convenient for you.
