What we collect
When you send a request or place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, where you are staying on the island, how you would like to be contacted, and any message you add. For eFoil sessions we also record each rider's name, age, height, weight and experience level so we can size the board and run the session safely. Waivers signed at check-in record the participant's name and signature.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number. Payments are made on a hosted page operated by our card processor, which handles card data under the PCI DSS standard. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference number.
How we use it
We use your details to review and confirm your request, contact you about it, run the tour or session safely, deliver shop orders, send booking emails and reminders, and keep records of bookings, waivers and payments for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with the services we need to run the business: our card processor for payments, our email provider for booking emails, and messaging apps such as WhatsApp or iMessage when you ask us to contact you that way. Partners such as hotels or concierges who book on your behalf see the booking they made. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to keep a request form working between steps and to protect forms from abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Booking, order, waiver and payment records are kept for as long as Anguillian tax and liability rules require, then deleted. You can ask us to correct or delete your contact details at any time using the contact details in the footer; we will keep only what we are legally required to retain.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so information travelling between your browser and our server is encrypted. Access to booking records is limited to Liquid Glow staff with individual logins, and every change is logged.
