Note Before Booking: If you are visiting the island it is a good idea to book your tour at the beginning of your stay in case the weather conditions are not suitable for the tour. This will give you the flexibility to reschedule the tour if needed.
Liquid Glow takes every step to ensure that all activities and destinations are included in its tours, however, weather can be unpredictable. Some activities may be affected by tides, time, and weather factors. The company will not be held liable for any issues that may arise due to these factors. By proceeding with a booking on the Liquid Glow website, customers understand and accept the inherent risk of these operational issues.
Please note that a minimum of 2 participants is required for each tour and if the minimum is not met, the customer will be charged for 2 participants.
If you are booking as a single person, please leave a note during booking and we will do our best to connect you with another group to avoid the additional charge.
ACTIVITY CANCELLATIONS BY LIQUID GLOW
Occasionally Liquid Glow may cancel activities for a variety of reasons. These reasons may include, but are not limited to strong winds, rough seas, poor weather, lack of numbers, equipment issues and more. Some of these activities may be cancelled just before the start of the activity due to unexpected weather conditions. In most cases, this will result in a full refund or rescheduling from Liquid Glow.
