Some activities may be affected by tides, time, and weather factors. The company will not be held liable for any issues that may arise due to these factors. Please note that a minimum of 2 participants is required for each tour and if the minimum is not met, the customer will be charged for 2 participants.

ACTIVITY CANCELLATIONS BY LIQUID GLOW
Occasionally Liquid Glow may cancel activities for a variety of reasons. These reasons may include, but are not limited to strong winds, rough seas, poor weather, lack of numbers, equipment issues and more. Some of these activities may be cancelled just before the start of the activity due to unexpected weather conditions. In most cases, this will result in a full refund or rescheduling from Liquid Glow.
